APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS


Please note our request for at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancellation. Thank you for understanding we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. In order to keep this schedule policy working for all of our clients, any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service booked. A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.

We are here to serve you and make your experience with us a pleasant one and to offer you the opportunity to relax and de-stress. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your visit, please advise me, the owner immediately. Thank you very much. On behalf of all of us, we appreciate your business.
