Swedish - long gliding rhythmic strokes on the more superficial muscles which improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, soothe sore muscles and promote general relaxation.

Aromatherapy- fragrant essential oils derived from flowers, leaves & fruits are used to treat stress, skin conditions & immune deficiencies.

Myofacial Release- slow deep compressive pressure technique which loosens deep muscle layers of the body's connective tissue surrounding each muscle and their groups. Each session increases facial mobility, joint mobility, normalize posture structurally and functionally.

Sports/Athletic- incorporates compression, therapeutic stretching, cross fiber friction. Effects include separation and broadening of muscle and connective tissue which breaks adhesions and gluing that would inhibit fluid movement and reduce fatigue.

Medical Massage- a deep fiber massage that lengthens and strips muscles and tendons of their adhesions (knots) and irregular connective tissue. Each session will address painful conditions arising from acute and chronic strains, sprains, muscle imbalance and poor posture.

Hot Stone Therapy- an Ayurvedic massage using heated basalt stones and aromatic, warm oils to smooth out tight muscles, increase blood flow, remove stagnant energy and toxins, strengthen charkas, provide deep penetrating heat and sedate the nervous system.

Lymph Therapy- is a light feather stroking massage to help increase lymph flow and enhance the immune system. The technique helps to rid the body of toxin's and waste materials. Lymph therapy promotes balance of the body's chemistry, purifies and regenerates tissue and enhances the function of the immune system.

Triggerpoint- is a hyperirritable spot in skeletal muscle that is painful on compression. Slow increasing non-painful pressure over a point until a barrier of tissue resistance is released.

Neuromuscular Therapy- deep tissue massage addresses nerve entrapment, tissue restrictions, hypersensitive areas, contractions in muscle and skin and chronic stress patterns to bring balance between the Nervous Systems and musculoskeletal system

Deep Tissue Friction Therapy- deep slow compression's, direct pressure and trigger point therapy to the more superficial fascia and deep layers of muscle which release chronic patterns of muscle tension.

Crqnio-Sacral Therapy- a soothing manipulation of the pressure points of the spine, shoulders, neck and head. Its purpose is to improve and balance the flow of cerebral spinal fluid throughout the spinal cord and skull, relieve headaches, back problems, stress, and other health conditions.

Reflexology- an oriental therapy which stimulates the reflex areas of the feet and hands which correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. By stimulating the reflex points there is a release of stress and tension in the corresponding area of the body zone. Creates a feeling of overall relaxation, great for detoxification and balances homeostasis.

Earcandling- ancient healing technique practiced by the Tibetans. With absolutely no discomfort, a hollow candle specially made for candling is gently placed in the ear. The other end is lit and the wick's low flame creates a slow vacuum that pulls out old wax and other toxins. This process can be safely used for adults, children and athlete's, to lessen sinus pressure, sore throats, allergies, hearing improvement, headache, earache and swimmer's ear as well as the common cold. (3 sessions are recommended some many days apart)
